Nik is the chair of our elder board and directs Standing Firm, our men’s discipleship ministry, where he regularly teaches at men’s breakfasts. He also preaches on Sundays alongside Pastor Salazar. Nik is married to Julie, and they have two daughters and one granddaughter on the way. He serves voluntarily while working as the Chief Financial Officer at Inner City Impact (ICI). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bible, Theology, and Local Church Ministries and is currently pursuing an MBA and a certification in Biblical Counseling.
